Creative Teaching and Turning the Key

Thanks to Ben Riley for this insight:

In discussing creative teaching methods, Ben likened a student’s positive reception to the turning of a key.

  • Each student requires a uniquely shaped key.
  • The size of a teacher’s key chain can be likened to his/her vocabulary.
  • Bad teachers have very small key chains.
  • Good teachers have larger key chains.
  • Creative teachers are key smiths.
